Episode 121~Behind the Wave

Hello!

A busy couple of weeks here on the home front as we welcomed my niece “Annie” to the family.  Mom and baby are hale and hearty and we are feeling full of gratitude and blessings.   I admit, I’m also, feeling a little “behind the wave” of all my endeavors.  So much to do, explore, finish…Ai!  And then there’s work! Thank you so much for traveling along with me on this creative journey.

Episode 120~Grounded South

Hello,

The winter snow has finally arrived. Ruby and I get out for a romp in this edition to talk all the magic of fresh fallen snow. I’ve been staying south at my parents in Maine as the storms have made it challenging to drive home. But I’ve had lots of extra time with my niece and nephew and opportunity to work on projects.  On this episode I feature some new found exploration in to fountain pens and cursive writing practice. As well as share the new book from Natalie Chanin, Embroidery.  As always, thank you for being here and coming along.  A deep heartfelt thank you for supporting my work any way you can. The Turning of the Year:I

Hello!

I hope this finds you well and in good spirits. Phew! What a weekend I had gathering the stories for this first of four episodes this month. My neighbors must think I’m a little do-lally for running around the woods with my camera and tripod 😉 Ruby doesn’t though and as usual throughly enjoyed our walk in the woods. I have linked below to my music list on Epidemic Sound but this video also features Jingle Bells from the YouTube Library and two songs from the free music archive. I have listed materials and images I used in the monoprint project for Patrons of this podcast as a separate post. But I think they would be easy to find at an art store.

I’ll catch up with you soon about my knitting…or lack there of in the coming week. In the meantime, fond wishes.

Sarah
