I’m traveling at the moment without my normal set up. I have put together this short episode featuring my time on Flat Island shearing for 2016. These are wild island sheep off the coast of Maine and I was so excited to be included in this adventure. As always thanks for tuning in. ~Sarah
this will not be included on iTunes as I do not have the ability to compress it to the appropriate size. It also features just music and a visual so there will be no audio.
Hello! I am outside for this episode. There are many cameos including grackles, woodpeckers, Mallards, Chickadees and “the dogs”.
I forgot a few regular segments, like introductions and to thank you all for reaching out whether through social media, Ravelry, or email. I appreciate your feedback. The show notes might be a bit sparse but if you have questions feel free to PM on Ravelry or email. Hope all is well with you.
Most of this episode is about knitting and spinning with no additional segments. I am headed at full speed towards my comprehensive exams, yikes! So, I figured I would stay simple for this go round. For project links please see the previous post.
This one runs a bit long…but there is a book review and some exciting discoveries! I will be forgoing show notes this week so if you have specific questions please feel free to PM me.
Rants, rambles and sea shanties comprise this current episode but there are some finished projects. If you have any questions let me know. There were a ton of things I forgot to mention..but alas, I can only manage so much information.
It’s a whirlwind this week with lots of travel and work, so should you have any questions about content feel free to leave a comment or contact me on Ravelry (Swenstea) As always, thank you for tuning in!
Squeak! I did it! There is a lot here so pick and choose as you wish. It includes a discussion of Katya Frankel’s Autumn Essentials Collections, a morale boost giveaway, WIPs, spinning, Shackleton CAL and some bird chat…. I do include a Shackleton history update (ho hum for sum, I am sure but it is near the end 😉 Thank you as always for tuning in!

PS I find the quality much better on a computer or smaller device than my big screen. I am always working to make the picture clearer but I don’t record in HD. Should you have any tips or tricks they would be most welcome.
Wow! I have been below decks for a while (a little Shackleton metaphor here) I am just coming up for some fresh air as my semester ends. Watch as I hurl all my paperwork, planner and books overboard! In this most recent episode you will find a finished object, WIPS, acquisitions and discoveries, a little Shackleton CAL update as well as some sewing and, ahem, a few tangents about birds. You can listen here if you so choose or you can watch on YouTube below
Phew, It’s a whirlwind time for me. I’ve been all over the state these days! Enjoy the episode and I’ll fill in the show notes as soon as I can. If you have specific questions please feel free to comment or PM me on Ravelry. There are no finished objects and if you like brown, well…you’re in luck! My Cockatoo Brae continues to move forward. I do talk about the Herdwick Sheep and there are a few drawings for prizes! Thank you for tuning in!
