Wow! Here I am winging it again. Alas, I continue to build a better relationship with “time”. I have nothing finished in the knitting/spinning realm but there is a sewn garment. As always, thank you for your support and connections and for tuning in!
Well, it’s a little scatty this time but more to come next weekend with a little more organization. There were a number of things I missed…erg like a completed object, the angostura vest! As always, thank you for tuning in..be well
Pay no mind to the “so” & “anyway” which seem to take center front stage of my speech! Ger! There is a little wildlife chatter at the beginning with a visit from my fledgling friend but there is also WIPS, some finished items, Shackleton CAL chat and some textiles in time…Shackleton style. If you care to stay till the end I share some footage from my recent trip to Flagstaff Lake in Maine of local wildlife and landscape. Thanks for tuning in!
There are a few minor distractions mainly thunder and my Mum walking the dogs but I persevere through the elements! In this fibercast we finally giveaway the Upton Yarn and announce an EPIC craft-along. There is heritage breed chat and lots of natural colored wool…of course!
It’s short and sweet..a little do-lollyish but I recorded and am happy to share my finished items with you! I hope you are all well and thanks a million for tuning in!
In this podcast I hostess from a sheep field and am joined by a few fun friends. I take a Textiles in Time field trip to the Mayall Mill right in my parents’ hometown and talk about my preparation of the Santa Cruz fleece. It gets a little loud in the textiles in time, so if you are listening be mindful of the impending noise at the very end!
This episode may not be the most organized, but I take some time to talk about the Florida Cracker and Gulf Coast Native sheep as well as share a little bit of our northern Maine adventure. I do share a few show notes including the link to Kate Davies tutorial for a bag.
