Whoops! Thanks Laurie!
Found your podcast today, Sarah. Liked this ep so much I also went back and listened to the two previous. Been a crocheted since knee high to Granny, and took up knitting about two years ago. Really enjoyed learning about drop spindling. Want to try it. Would you recommend how to order yarn for a beginner with a drop spindle? Lovely podcast, very much enjoying it. Thanks!
So glad you’re enjoying the podcast! I think for drop spindling a Romney or Coopworth would be easy to start with but I can recommend Yarns at Yin Hoo (Audio Podcast). She is an avid spindler and has a recent episode on drop spindles.
