  1. Birds! How nice to be distracted by birds. We have heat and Smoke, thank you for your sky view.
    Baker’s Hand’s … WHAT?? I bake sourdough constantly and would have a ‘fit’ if I could not!
    I did make the Cheaters croissants and found them easy to do but bland. Maybe with some chocolate in them! If you come across the Morning Baker by Roxana Jullaput do take a look. And I can only assume you have found The Perfect Loaf Blog…………and his book of course.
