Hey Friends,
As you can probably tell I am still a little obsessed with The Lost Words by Robert MacFarlane and Jackie Morris. They recently published The Lost Spells and The Lost Words game. I share my experience with these two new pieces in the podcast. I also have some knitting and an idea for a new make-a-long. You’ll see a separate video highlighting my thoughts about start and end time, which correlate to the solstice and equinox. As always, I hope this finds you well and in good spirits.
Fondly,
Sarah

The Lost Words Make-a-long starts on the Winter Solstice and ends on the Spring Equinox. Make something which highlights as many words represented in The Lost Words as you like! Use the hashtag #lostwordsmal

Hello,I am looking for a celtic or viking shawl pin for a gift. I remember in a video about the shield maiden scarf you knitted you mentioned a pin you had bought. I tried looking for it on YouTube and even typed sheild maiden in but am having trouble finding the video. Would you be able to send me the information on where you purchased your pin? Thank you, LoriSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy Tablet
I think I found my pennanular brooches on etsy, I would start your search there.
Good luck!
Wonderful timing to hear the loon as you read from The Lost Spells.
The blue main color of the yoke is a favorite. I bought some Starcroft Lamb in similar colo at Rhinebeck last year.
I was glad that I veered off my regular course and choose the blue as my MC. I hope you enjoy that Starcroft Yarn!
So nice to see you again! Signed up for your newsletter so will never miss another episode/post.
Hi Janet! Glad you signed up for alerts and many fond wishes for the new year! Sarah
