Dear Sara, I so enjoyed your trip, the sea, puffins, yarns, weaving and that sketch book from Iona. Sigh……Maybe I’ll get back one day. It was in the Haymarket I bought my wooden thistle shortbread molds, in the 60’s when I was in midwifery school there. I remember it well.
At the present time I am weaving a rug with Highland cattle yarn, it was sent to Denmark to be processed. I miss seeing Sofia, can’t find her anywhere so it was great to see her. I hope she is doing well in Norway.
